Shipping Methods


We mail greeting card(s) via USPS First Class Mail. First Class mail does not come with a tracking number. If We ship from our studio in Ohio, sometimes it can take 2-7 business days for packages to reach you. We are happy to ship Priority Mail for an extra charge. Shipping upgrades are available, contact us for details.

We mail stationery sets via USPS Priority Mail. These packages are usually delivered within 3 business days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery by a certain date for Priority Mail packages.

We can ship out of the USA. We can not guarantee a date you will receive your package. Mospens Studio is not responsible for situations regarding international customs that incur. You the buyer, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. You the buyer are responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely and we can not and do not estimate your cost(s) that can incur.



Refunds for damaged goods only. Damaged goods must be photographed and emailed to us. You may be asked to ship the product back to us at your cost. Damaged goods must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Personalized orders can not be refunded due to custom nature. Original form of payment is refunded in 1-2 weeks.

Personalized Invitations and Stationery
If you have to cancel your order before giving approval to print, 50% may be refunded. If you cancel after you give approval to print, there are no refunds due to the custom nature and supplies ordered to complete your order. If custom hand painted or illustrated art was created for you, there are no refunds on the art fee due to the custom personalized nature and time involved.

Non-personalized Paper Goods (does not include pillows, original art or art prints)
Returned stationery subject to 20% restocking fee. Cost of shipping is not refunded. Returns must be received by Mospens Studio no later than 7 business days from receipt of original order. Damaged or altered goods are not subject to refunds. When shipping returned items back to Mospens Studio, pack stationery securely so it does not bend or get damaged, buy insurance since we do not accept damaged goods, and buy a tracking number. If the product is received in acceptable condition, a refund minus the original cost of our shipping and minus 20% restocking fee will be reimbursed to you in 2 weeks after receipt and approval of stock quality.
